Yes – for most travelers, eTravel registration is mandatory before arrival in the Philippines. It’s a standard entry requirement and is commonly checked by airline staff and immigration.
eTravel is the official online registration system required by the Philippine government for travelers arriving in (and sometimes departing from) the Philippines. It collects essential travel and health-related information and generates a QR code that you may need to show at the airport.
If you don’t complete eTravel before departure, you may be asked to register at the airport, which can cause delays or stress at check-in. In some cases, airlines may not allow boarding until it’s completed.
For privacy and security reasons, travelers must complete eTravel themselves, since it involves passport and personal information.
However, we’re happy to guide you on what to enter – especially your hotel details and destination info.
Yes – in general, all travelers, including children, must be registered. A parent or guardian can complete it for them.
Sometimes yes – eTravel may also be required for departing passengers, depending on current government rules and airline procedures. We recommend checking again a few days before your return flight.
You should complete your eTravel registration within 72 hours (3 days) before your flight to the Philippines.
We recommend doing it as soon as your travel details are final to avoid last-minute stress.
You can register online by filling out the eTravel form with your personal information, flight details, and accommodation address. Once submitted, you will receive a QR code that you should save on your phone (and ideally print as backup).
