1. Health & Safety Compliance

All guests are required to strictly comply with the Minimum Health Standards set by the Philippine government, including regulations issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) and relevant Local Government Units (LGU).

Failure to comply with health protocols may result in denial of service without refund.

2. Rates, Currency & Foreigner Surcharge

All rates are quoted per person (per pax).

  • Prices displayed in USD are indicative and based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of quotation.
  • Final charges may vary slightly due to currency fluctuations.

3. Child Policy

  • 0–3 years old: Free of charge
  • 4–10 years old: 20% less than adult price
  • 11 years old and above: Adult rate applies

4. Senior Citizen & PWD Policy

Senior Citizens and Persons With Disability (PWD) are entitled to a 20% less than adult price per person, subject to presentation of a valid ID.

Discounts are not cumulative (only one discount may be applied per guest).

5. Inclusions & General Exclusions

Only services clearly stated under “What’s Included” in each package are included.

General exclusions include but are not limited to:

  • Personal purchases
  • Souvenirs
  • Medical insurance (especially for guests with pre-existing conditions)
  • Personal incidentals
  • Optional activities unless otherwise specified

6. Cancellation, Rebooking & No-Show Policy

All packages are non-refundable.

However:

  • Bookings are transferable to another guest name, subject to applicable fees (e.g. permit name change fees).
  • Bookings are re-bookable if requested at least 7 days prior to arrival, subject to applicable rebooking fees and supplier policies.

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, late cancellations, or failure to arrive at the airport will be considered a NO-SHOW.

In such cases:

  • No refund will be issued.
  • Penalty fees may apply due to pre-booked permits, transportation, tour guides, boats and other services already secured.

7. Flight Cancellations

Flight schedules may be disrupted due to government regulations, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Guests are strongly advised to secure travel insurance (e.g. Prudential, Malayan or equivalent) that covers flight cancellations and loss of travel value.

While we will do our best to assist in negotiating hotel rebookings (for complete packages), this is subject to hotel management approval. Once guests are tagged as no-show by the hotel, rooms will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued, which is beyond our control.

8. Tour Cancellations Due to Weather

In the event that tours are cancelled due to unsafe weather or sea conditions:

  • A refund may be issued after deducting non-recoverable preparation expenses (permits, logistics, staffing, etc.).
  • No compensation will be provided for unused services beyond refundable portions.

9. Insurance & Liability Disclaimer

Go-to-Philippines.com shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, illness, loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

All guests are required to have their own accident and travel insurance, covering:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Hospitalization
  • Personal belongings
  • Travel disruptions

10. Optional Travel Insurance

Travel insurance can be arranged through Go-to-Philippines.com at an additional cost, should guests not already have coverage. Please contact us to get more information.

11. Force Majeure

The company shall not be held responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or force majeure events.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any package or service, guests confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
